Complete Home Care Services (CHCS) provides a range of services. Selected services are often based on a clinical needs assessment provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) and then ordered by a physician. Our intake team can help you decide the best level, frequency and duration or service to meet your individual needs.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing is directed by the patient’s physician. Complete Home Care provides acute, chronic nursing & rehabilitative care including;
- Nursing Assessments
- Skilled Nursing Visits(up to 2 hours)
- Private Duty Nursing
(4-24 hour assignments) - Home Infusion Therapies
- Antibiotics: Chemotherapy (Intermittent/Continuous), Total Parental,
Nutritional, Entereal Support - Midline and PICC Insertion
- Wound Care
- Medication Management
- Pain Management
- Catheter Maintenance
- Patient and Family Education
- 24-hour on-call support by
Registered Nurse
Private Duty Nursing Care:
Ongoing, compassionate care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, ALS, MS, and more, is provided hourly by nurses from 2 up to 24 hours a day, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Gastrostomy care (feeding tube)
- Nasogastric (N-G) tube care
- Catheter care
- Ostomy care (eg, colostomy and urostomy)
- Administration of medication and injections
- Monitoring of vital signs
CHCS RNs provide comprehensive skilled nursing; evaluates & assess services in the hospital, nursing home, or home care setting. Similarly, LPNs provide practical nursing skills & treatments.
