What jobs are available? What do caregivers do?

Complete Home Care Services, Inc. delivers the highest quality skilled nursing, Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Assistant services (PCA) to patients in their homes. We offer RN, LPN and HHA/ PCA services. We also provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology, Nutrition, Housekeeping, Home Making, and Medical Supply Equipment services.

  • Includes medication management, diabetic teaching, to wound care, and high skilled infusion services.
  • Includes nursing assessments, 24-hour on call by RNs, medication management, nursing services as directed by the patients physician, patient and family education, wound care, pain management, catheter maintenance, Midline and PICC Insertion, Home Infusion Therapies (Antibiotics, Chemotherapy, Intermittent/ Continuous), Total Parental Nutrition, Enteral Support, (Medicaid and Other) Private Duty Nursing (4-24 hour assignments), Skilled Nursing Visits (up to 2 hours).

Do I have to get vaccinated for Covid-19?

Complete Home Care Services caregivers are in compliance with eth NYS DOH Covid-19 vaccine mandate.

What are the In-Service requirements?

Non-skilled caregivers are required to complete 12 hours on in-service annually. Skilled caregivers are required to complete in-service appropriate their expertise and patient population. In-service is offered face to face, online and job embedded.

What is the pay schedule?

Weekly pay cycle consists of 7 working days, beginning on Saturday and ending on Friday of the pay period. You will be paid every other week, on Friday.

When can I take a vacation/sick time? Will I be paid for it?

Vacation/sick time is being accumulated based on the hours worked. Full time employees are eligible for 40 hours of paid time off per year. There is a 120-day waiting period from the date of hire before you can start redeeming accumulated hours. Your time off will be paid according to the pay schedule.
If you are planning a vacation, you should notify the coordinator at least 2 weeks in advance (in the summertime – at least one month in advance).

To set up Direct Deposit you need to send us a Direct Deposit Set-Up Form from your bank or fill out our form and attach a copy of a voided check.
